I use very often this paper especially for fine art reproduction -drawing, dry-point, woodcut with excellent results. Prints from my Epson printer deliver very good image sharpness and optimum colour graduation. The texture of this paper enhances the natural texture of the original. Recommended! The only negative things to mention is some curling of the sheets in A4 size.

I had to pick this paper because the store ran out of Bamboo and I had to do some prints. What a strange paper! I must have done something very wrong with it but here are the issues. 1. The texture looks more regular than it seems presented on this page: if the light comes at any angle but 90° it will reveal the regularities along and across the sheet. Unexpected but can live with. 2. The paper itself is extremely sensitive to humidity - warps and twists and clicks on the wall all day long. Has to be glued on the mat - always. 3. The surface is loosing the ink by tiny flakes - in a month each photo of 10 that are hanging in front of me lost one or two specks in different dark and medium tone areas. Not nice. 4. The color photo is just not good on this paper - can not reach any color contrast, the gamut is narrow and tones are pale. Tried to increase ink flow - the paper just swallowed it (warping in the dense areas) but showed no improvement in saturation. 5. BW which I printed on the most of the pack is very neutral (which seems to be the only good thing about that paper, thus a deserved one-star rating) and eats up light-cyan ink for that matter. In the mid-tones the paper performs relatively well but Zone 1-2 and Zone 9-10 are real disasters. Dark tones and details are totally indistinguishable under the black flood which covers the texture as well. Lights are going just paper-white revealing all of the texture which at times looks darker than Zone 8 (depending on the light and view angle). 6. Any detail conflicts with the texture. I tried digital BW and film scans. Forget about grain, forget about smooth bokeh blurs. The texture takes it all over and dictates it's own interpretation at different viewing/lighting angles. Do not forget about ink specks falling off. Conclusion: if you need to print low-contrast all mid-tone BW image and want to glue it on the mat and put it under the glass for protection, this paper might do. Otherwise go for Bamboo.

Sehr gutes Papier für hochwertige, farbstarke Kunstdrucke. Leider leichte Abwertung, da die zu bedruckende Seite nur sehr schwer zu erkennen ist.
