We're excited to announce the upcoming launch of My Hahnemühle, a new, upgraded softwareplatform and enhanced digital experience that will serve as the central hub for all Hahnemühleapplications and services moving forward.

  • Streamlined management: Manage all your Hahnemühle user or account details, data &privacy, subscriptions, and preferences in one convenient location.

Accessing applications during migration

My Hahnemühle will be launched after the data migration, which will take place between November 21st , 8:00 PM and November 23rd , 8:00 PM.

During this time, access to some Hahnemühle applications and services will be unavailable,either fully or temporarily.

Affected will be the following applications:

  • All Hahnemühle eShop and B2B Stores
  • My Art Registry
  • Mobile App

Resetting your password

With the launch of My Hahnemühle, your existing password will not be migrated!

This means that before you first log in to My Hahnemühle or any other Hahnemühle application,you'll have to reset your password to ensure access and security of your existing account.

How to do it?

Before you begin, follow these steps to reset your password:

  1. Click ‘Reset password’ or copy/paste the following link in your browser: https://id.hahnemuehle.com/forgot-password
  2. On the ‘Reset your password’ page, enter your email address and click on ‘Continue‘.
  3. You will be asked to confirm your email address next. Go to your inbox and find our email with the 6-digit code. If you don’t find the email, please check your spam folder or use ‘Resend email‘!
  4. Return to the ‘Confirm your email address’ page, enter the 6-digit code you received, and click ‘Continue‘ . If your email and code match, you will get the option to enter a newpassword; otherwise, check the code again, or simply start over from Step 1.
  5. On the ‘Reset your password’ page, enter your new password and confirm with ‘Reset password‘. You are allowed to enter your previous password if it meets the requirements of My Hahnemühle. However, we highly recommend choosing a different password.
  6. Voilá, you are all set! You can now log in to My Hahnemühle or proceed to your usual Hahnemühle application and start from there.

Why is this important?

Passwords are safely stored and encrypted so that no one can read them, not even us!

Because of those security measures and higher password requirements, when launching MyHahnemühle, we will ‘leave the passwords behind’ and not migrate them!

It is an opportunity for you to update your password and secure your account information.

Regularly updating your passwords means that even if someone finds an old or saved passwordof yours, it will no longer be useful, and your data is secure.

How to log in from any Hahnemühle app (i.e., eShop)?

With the introduction of My Hahnemühle, we have also centralized the login and registration process.

You will still be able to use your normal procedure and go directly to your favorite Hahnemühle app like eShop; however, when you choose to log in, you will be forwarded to the MyHahnemühle login page. Once you enter your existing credentials (email and password), you will be automatically redirected back to where you started, in our case, eShop.
