Terms and conditions

The competition opens on 9 March 2020. The closing date for submitting entries is 30 June 2020.

The contest is open to all people. Five entries are allowed per person. Entries can be submitted until 30th June 2020 exclusively via the upload portal on the website www.hahnemuehle.com.

The contest is open for works of art in all painting, drawing and traditional etching techniques that have been created on a paper by Hahnemühle or Lana. Each image must be suitable for reproduction for the calendar in at least 30 x 40 cm in landscape format. All eligible entries will be considered in the selection of the twelve motifs for the 2021 calendar. We reserve the right to request originals for the final selection.

By entering the competition the entrant declares to be the author of the submitted artwork. They consent to the inclusion of the contributions in the calendar, and publication on our websites, in newsletters, on Hahnemühle pages in social networks and in publications of any kind in connection with the competition. Any other uses are permitted only with the separate consent of the author. The copyright of the author is displayed clearly.

The winners will be announced in fall of 2020. Each of the twelve winners receive an exclusive creative package worth a total of €350 as well as 10 copies of the 2021 calendar. Current information on the competition can be found on www.hahnemuehle.com.

The decision is final. Changes to the Terms and Conditions are reserved for good cause.
